TKC carried out the full design for all mechanical & electrical services on this development which was the conversion of the former Infirmary Street Baths in Edinburgh, to a multi function building comprising tapestry weaving hall, gallery/exhibition spaces, 2 x commercial office spaces, retail areas and 5 x high end residential apartments.
This project included a complex lighting/lighting control solution and a 10 bore ground source heat pump system.
